Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and simple while keeping our order process smooth.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it has been packed or shipped.

Please include your order number when contacting us.
If eligible, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund within 1–2 business days.

Note: Cancellation requests via Instagram/Facebook messages will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may still accept the delivery and request a return as per our [Return & Refund Policy].

3. COD Order Cancellation

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled.

  • Frequent COD cancellations may result in your COD access being restricted.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method (card, wallet, UPI).
Refunds usually reflect in 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • Payment flagged as suspicious

In such cases, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund if payment was made.
